Pregnant or recently given birth? Unsure of what is safe to do in your changing or new body?

Kristin loves working with women during these changing life phases. Every PREGNANCY and RECOVERY is different just like every BODY is different. Many of us need more specific guidance to help ease our individual discomforts. Kristin specializes in working with abdominal seperation, pelvic floor dysfunctions and other common women’s health issues. Private coaching may be better suited for those who aren’t comfortable discussing these in a group setting.

 

Need help coming back from an injury?

Having been an athlete throughout her life, Kristin has had many common injuries that most people experience. She enjoys aiding in the rehabilitation of her students through safe, gentle, yet targeted yoga and muscular work.

 

Want to start or strengthen a yoga practice but can’t make a class?

Learning the foundational elements of yoga and movement are important to maintain a lifelong practice. Pushing yourself to develop mentally and/or physically is challenging yet Kristin will keep you on track. Having worked with many individual clients with a multitude of goals, she is happy to help you on your health and wellness journey.
