Postnatal Yoga

Lets face it, pregnancy is tough, AMAZING but tough on us women in so many ways. We go through such an endless wave of emotional and hormonal changes and our bodies can often completely morph into something that is unrecognizeable to us. But it really is beautiful how mother nature allows us to adapt in this new body that is creating such a miracle.

But what do you do once the baby is here and our body still doesnt feel like our own? For some the same pre-baby fitness just isnt appealing as balance can still be a challenge, joints may be stiff, pregnancy weight remaining, fatigue, not to mention any delivery complications and abdominal or pelvic floor dysfunctions that can be in the mix.

This class will address many of these issues as well as correcting poor posture and impaired breathing mechanics, helping to ease YOUR body back into safe, functional movement at your own needed pace.

No yoga experience required! Open to all women 6 weeks postpartum and beyond. It is NEVER too late to work on yourself.
